Power Hour Fitness

Power Hour Fitness will keep you motivated, healthy, and inspired all day long!  Join Coach Cindy Cox for this high energy fitness class for all ages and all fitness levels. Power Hour Fitness combines cardio, agility, yoga, weights, resistance training and core strengthening exercises. Each class has a different structure to keep your mind and body challenged and engaged. Unique combinations of individual and paired exercises evolve into a fun exercise experience that provides the right mix of activities and fitness challenges leading to positive results in just 60 powerful, fat-burning minutes! (Power Hour Fitness is intended for students age 18 and up.)

Class Times:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6 a.m.

Tuesday: 8 p.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m.

(Please be sure to eat a light snack prior to class and bring one with you to eat afterwards.)

 

Pricing:

Your first class is free! As with all of our classes, you are welcome to try your first class at no cost.

Single Class – 1 pass: $14
“Hustle-Hustle” Package – 8 passes (4 classes): $50 ($12.50/class)
“Feel the Burn” Package – 16 passes (8 classes): $88 ($11/class)
“Beautiful” Package – 24 passes (12 classes): $110 ($9.17/class)
“Love it, LOVE IT!” Package - 50 passes (25 classes): $200 ($8/class)

Passes can also be used for Zumba classes at Golden Steps.

Coach Cindy

Meet the Coach:

We are proud to introduce Cindy Cox as the Golden Steps Fitness Coach.  Coach Cindy is excited to bring Power Hour Fitness to Golden Steps and we are equally excited to have her join our team!

Coach Cindy received her BS degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida.  She has more than a decade of coaching experience at the high school and collegiate levels in Florida and Indiana.  Over the past two years she championed small group as well as individual personal training for specific participant needs.  Her experience includes setting and accomplishing personal goals for trainees completing a wide range of running and fitness competition challenges, from preparing individuals for obstacle courses to half-marathons. Given her own successes as a collegiate basketball player and continued competitive nature in completing a full marathon, several half-marathons, and numerous 5K’s, Cindy is the perfect motivator for persons of all levels of fitness.  Cindy provides a versatile workout plan that never gets to be routine.  Cindy lives in West Lafayette with her husband, Robert, and two year old son, Nash.
