What is Power Hour Fitness?
This high energy fitness class combines cardio, agility, yoga, weights, resistance training, and core strengthening exercises in a stealth fashion to where all trainees are amazed at their accomplishments and fully energized at the end of the workout. Unique combinations of individual and paired exercises evolve into a fun exercise experience that provides the right mix of activities and challenges that make the time in the class fly by, leading to positive results in just 60 powerful minutes.
Our class will meet daily, but there is nothing routine about what we will do! The only thing that will be the same each day is the feeling of motivation you’ll have when you leave.
You’ll learn to love morning workouts – even if you’re not a morning person!
