What is Zumba Toning?

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the Toning Stick). This is the original dance-fitness class taken to the next level. Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies natu-rally while having a total blast.

Do I have to use Toning Sticks?

The new and exciting Zumba Toning program is designed to offer a safe and effective toning workout. For our Zumba Toning session beginning in October, we will require each participant to use the Zumba Toning Sticks. The sand-filled Toning Sticks are speciallially designed for the type of movement we will be doing in the class and are safe for your joints. Plus they’re fun! You can purchase the Toning Sticks at Golden Steps for $20.
