Power Hour Fitness will keep you motivated, healthy, and inspired all day long! Join Coach Cindy Cox for this high energy fitness class for all ages and all fitness levels. Power Hour Fitness combines cardio, agility, yoga, weights, resistance training and core strengthening exercises. Each class has a different structure to keep your mind and body challenged and engaged. Unique combinations of individual and paired exercises evolve into a fun exercise experience that provides the right mix of activities and fitness challenges leading to positive results in just 60 powerful, fat-burning minutes!
