Power Hour Fitness will keep you motivated, healthy, and inspired all day long! Join Coach Cindy Cox for this high energy fitness class for all ages and all fitness levels. Power Hour Fitness combines cardio, agility, yoga, weights, resistance training and core strengthening exercises. Each class has a different structure to keep your mind and body challenged and engaged. Unique combinations of individual and paired exercises evolve into a fun exercise experience that provides the right mix of activities and fitness challenges leading to positive results in just 60 powerful, fat-burning minutes!

    I’ve attended Power Hour a few times now. Whew! Coach Cindy will work you hard. She’s intense but very encouraging and supportive. Great balance of tough love which is what I need to get in shape. The time flew by and it’s a great way to start the day!

I have been personally trained and challenged by Coach Cindy and I can tell you she is one of the toughest trainers I have ever had, but also one of the most fun, encouraging, and compassionate people I know. If you want to work hard, sweat, feel healthier, do something different every time, and have a blast then this class is it for you! I love it ~ come check it out!

    I took Power Hour Fitness for the first time and I am feeling it. It has been a while since I participated in such a workout. Muscles I don’t use regularly hurt. But that is good. Cindy targeted many different areas and you can modify the workout for you. I recommend it to others searching to feel like they can conquer the world because they were able to workout and see the results! Its the most amazing feeling in the world and I hope that many will come to the class and become inspired! Yay Golden Steps! You Rock!!

    I have attended 3 Power Hour workouts. They’re tough, but I feel so good afterwards. It’s exactly the kind of workout that I’ve been wanting to get back into. The atmosphere and Cindy are both great. I LOVE IT!!
